Description
Indonesian cinnamon is renowned for its characteristic and highly fragrant aroma. It has thick curls that are much less crumbly than Madagascan cinnamon.
Eurovanille cinnamon sticks are used in cooking to add flavour for both savoury and sweet dishes.
For sweet preparations, cinnamon is ideal with apple puree, gingerbread, biscuits and ice creams.
