Our Tonka beans are renowned for their slightly spicy and smoky sweet almond taste. Their very captivating fragrance offers some notes of vanilla and caramel which allow them to be very easily incorporated into desserts such as custards, crème brûlée, cakes, or chocolate.

Directions for use: grate or grind the bean at the last moment to obtain an intense flavour.
