Eurovanille’s CSR committee is proud to announce that the company has earned the EcoVadis Gold Medal, with a score of 83/100.

Over the past few years, Eurovanille has improved its CSR performance year after year. After scoring 60/100 in 2024, the company earned the EcoVadis Silver Medal 2025 with 75/100. With 83/100 this year, we gain another 8 points and reach the Gold Medal.
This upward trajectory reflects deep, sustained work carried out department by department to embed sustainability and traceability at the heart of our operations.
EcoVadis is a leading international platform that assesses companies’ CSR performance across four themes: the environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. To be eligible, a company must score at least 30/100 on each of these themes.
Medals are then awarded by percentile, based on the ranking achieved among all companies assessed over the trailing twelve months: the Gold Medal distinguishes the top 5% worldwide. This recognition must therefore be earned again every year.
Our distinction can be verified on the official platform: view Eurovanille SAS’s EcoVadis page, or scan the QR code.
Since 2024, our CSR approach has been aligned with the United Nations Global Compact and its ten principles, actively contributing to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our actions map to the four themes assessed by EcoVadis:
This recognition rests on verifiable actions, tracked over time:
A sustainable vanilla supply chain, from farm to fork.
We favor sea freight and recyclable packaging, with certified supply chains depending on the reference (Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance): 20% of our vanilla is certified organic. All of this makes for ever more responsible products.
Thanks to our regular presence in vanilla-exporting countries, we have supported initiatives for access to healthcare, education, and food security since our earliest days. In Madagascar, we work alongside the CALA association and funded the construction of the Edmond Albius media library, in the SAVA region. In Uganda, we support AMANI Community and sponsor the Best Female Vanilla Farmer award. In France, we back the La Tablee des Chefs association.
We also drive our own commitments to the future of the industry: since 2018, a research consortium co-founded by Eurovanille has been working to decode the vanilla genome, in partnership with CIRAD.
This Gold Medal is, above all, the result of our teams’ work and dedication. It is both a recognition and a springboard to go further. Alongside our partners, we continue to build ever more responsible supply chains, serving our customers and the communities we work with.
